We improved on the 8 with a larger Hyperlift plate and added a rubber rope wrap. This version has a flexible heel that collapses when you step in then snaps back into place. It helps make the shoe easy to put on and take off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Tougher and Stronger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We made the Hyperlift plate in the heel even bigger for stability when getting after tough workouts like split squats, dead lifts and other lower-body exercises. The plate helps force weight down and out while adding rigidity in the heel.
